Each class teacher will upload a distance learning challenge grid to their Classdojo page. This contains daily activities for children to complete. Dependent on how long the school is closed, more grids will be uploaded periodically. Pacesetters will be sending through links on physical activities which can be completed at home which we will share. As parents have asked, we will also uploaded a general timetable so you can see the times on a normal school day (!). We don’t expect parents to copy this but some parents have asked for a guide.
In school, children are used to recording their work on SeeSaw. Over the next 2 days, we will be sending home access codes for you to log in at home and upload photos of children’s work. From Monday, staff will be checking SeeSaw daily to see the work and provide feedback.
There will also be ideas and resources uploaded on Classdojo and the school website under new Home Learning pages for Classes 1 to 4 as extra choices under Pupils >> Home Learning in the menu navigation tabs above.
Staff can be contacted via Classdojo but please be aware that they may be poorly, they may be looking after their own children or they may be in school working, so they will reply when they have time. This will only be during the working week not at weekends.
